The Junction Hotel offers multiple spaces for your private parties and events, Grindlays which caters up to 100+ guests or our intimate Wine Room with private bar.

Regardless, if your event is big or small our dining options are flexible and can be tailored to suit your needs.

Our event menus are developed by Junction’s passionate Head Chef, Scott Thomas and boasts seasonal, contemporary flair, well-known for generosity in portions and outstanding flavour.

Our menus offer dining for seated lunches and dinners, as well as cocktail style events.

Grindlays

Grindlays is a stylish, industrial and flexible space to celebrate your event. 

Accommodating group sizes from 20 to 150 guests.

An expansive and completely private space – your possibilities are endless complete with an industrial elegance.

Choose from our outstanding range of canapes, sit down menus and wood fired meats.

Wine Room

Our Wine Room is an elegant, intimate and sophisticated space for your function. 

With polished cement floors, warm leather banquet seats and wooden pin stripe feature walls it’s a warm and inviting space for your very special day.

The Wine Room can be transformed from a sit down formal dinner to a luxe cocktail party – you decide.

Cancellations:

Cancellations of functions must be submitted in writing via email to our functions team. Any cancellation made within a period of 60 days prior to the date of the function will forfeit the deposit and any additional payments that have been made. If notice of cancellation is more than 60 days of the date a full refund of all moneys paid will be made.

Covid postponement or cancellations:

Government restrictions will potentially impact venue capacities and limit our capabilities, we will endeavour to work with all clients. Any government update outside our control (i.e. closure of venue or changes to times / capacities) will result in a full refund of deposit.

If the cancellation or postponement is notified 60 days or more prior to the date of the function, the full deposit shall be refunded.

If the cancellation or postponement is notified less than 60 days but more than 14 days prior to the function, deposit can be transferred to a new date at the same venue.
